Job Description
Hawksworth are now searching for a back office operations Manager to join a giant in the financial services and pensions world as their Head of Operations.
We're looking for someone with broad pensions knowledge to lead the back office function for a key account with almost 1.4 million members. You will manage a team of Managers to drive best practices, ensuring operational excellence in a complex, multiplatform, and legislative environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead multiple teams across various locations to achieve performance targets and cultivate a culture of pride and passion.
Ensure service activities adhere to service level agreements, client requirements, budget constraints, and regulatory standards.
Provide expertise in UK Wealth, Life, and Pension products, with a focus on Retirement/Annuity options.
Foster a supportive environment, promoting continuous learning and development for team members.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Champion exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
About You:
Proven experience in running back office operations, preferably within a regulated financial services business.
In-depth understanding of UK Wealth, Life, and Pension products, including Retirement options.
Strong leadership qualities with experience managing teams and driving performance.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to navigate through regulatory environments and ensure compliance.
Commitment to delivering timely results and exceeding quality standards.

Salary
- £65,000 per annum plus 15% bonus plus benefits (maybe more for the right person)
