Our Milton Keynes based client is looking to recruit a Pension Administrator to work within their SIPP team (Self Invested Personal Pension).DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe role holder will work as part of the administration team and fulfil a specific administration role which will be task oriented, carrying out clearly defined activities.- Responsible for their individual performance targets as well as contribution to team targets.- Ensure that their customers are treated fairly and receive a consistent service in line with the Company's TCF policy.- Take responsibility for individual tasks involved within the lifecycle of a SIPP, and action them within the required timescales.- Maintain and develop good business relationships with internal and external customers.- Ensure all clients / connections receive regular and effective communication which is professional and delivered to the highest standards.- Ensure all requests and work received from clients and IFAs are processed in line with laid down procedures, within regulatory time frames and meet company service levels.- Report any breaches or complaints immediately to the Client Services Supervisor.- Ensure invoicing is up to date for all schemes and ensure all fees are collected in a timely manner.- Work in conjunction with the team to ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality, and within the service levels laid down.- Contribute positively to team meetings, ensuring a positive attitude at all times.KEY SKILLSMinimum of 1-2 years general administration experience (financial background desirable)- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel.- Good organisation skills and able to prioritise.- Numerate.- Good communication skills both written & verbal.- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum grades A-C in GCSE Maths & English or equivalent.Hours of work 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch
