PCO DRIVERS

IntSol Recruitment is currently recruiting for PCO drivers to join our client’s full electric fleet. All successful drivers will be given a free Tesla model 3 or model S to drive while working with the company. You will also be able to take the vehicle home and use it for personal usage. The car will be fully maintained and insured by our client, so you don't have to worry about any additional vehicle or insurance costs.

Our client is guaranteeing a fixed hourly rate where you will be paid for every hour you work, whether you are carrying a passenger within your car or not. This role offers the job security that most cab driving roles cannot. We are looking for ambitious and hard working PCO / cab drivers who have good customer service skills with some history of PCO driving. This is a full-time role and successful candidates will be able to work a minimum of 48 hours per week.

PCO Driver Requirements:

• Valid PCO (Private Hire Driver) license issued by Transport for London (TfL).


• No more than 6 penalty points within the past 3 years on your Driving Licence.


• Minimum 1 year experience as a PCO driver is preferred.


• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.


• Good knowledge of London and Greater London.


• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety and reliability.
