The company operates on a global scale and prides itself in being a leader in its industry.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of a Payroll Team Leader:Managing a small team of Payroll Specialists, being the point of contact for all queries.Overseeing the payroll system and ensuring its efficient operation.Leading the Payroll team and fostering a cooperative working environment.Ensuring compliance with payroll standards and regulations.Managing the monthly and yearly payroll processes.Addressing payroll-related queries promptly and professionally.Implementing and improving payroll procedures to enhance efficiency.Working closely with the HR department on payroll and benefits administration.ProfileA successful Payroll Team Leader should have:A solid background working in a Senior Payroll role ideally managing/ leading a team.A deep understanding of payroll systems and procedures.Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.Job OfferA competitive salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 per year.Discretionary performance-based annual bonusHybrid working - 3 days WFH, 2 days office based workingStudy supportA generous holiday package of 25 days plus an option to buy back 5 extra days annually.Comprehensive employee benefits including pension, healthcare and more
