Payroll Team LeaderNorwichGBP30k-GBP35k plus hybrid workingOur client, one of the UK's top 40 accountancy firms, are looking to recruit a Payroll Team Leader within their Norwich Office. Candidates with considerable experience in Payroll and the ability to manage a team is desirable. Although not essential, a professional payroll & pensions qualification would be beneficial.In your role, you will also be responsible for: Provide strategic leadership and encouragement to the Firm's payroll team.Assess the workload of fellow Payroll team members.Take charge of meeting your own payroll deadlines.Possess expertise in managing high-volume payroll operations.Serve as the primary contact for addressing escalated issues within the department.Evaluate, oversee, and introduce new procedures to advance departmental operations.Maintain strong relationships and accuracy in payroll functions while meeting service level agreements.Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.Demonstrate specialised proficiency in all facets of payroll administration.
