We´re looking for an experienced hands-on Payroll Team Lead to join our expanding Department (ideally you would be based out of our Southampton office, although you could also work remotely). Join our Payroll Department as our new Payroll Team Leader and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new role:Hands-on Support in Payroll for UK and Germany: Preparing Payroll for external provider, answering questions from employees through our ticket system and performing supporting tasks within PayrollActing as first point of contact for our external Payroll provider, health insurances etc.Leading the team in the UK and GermanyEventually you´ll be supporting Payroll in other European countriesReportingSupporting auditsBeing part of our continuous process of digitalisation and improvementLeading the Payroll teams for the UK, Germany and the smaller European countriesBeing part and organising projects to process changes within those regions.About youFrom the moment you start at Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you can continue to grow with the company.
