Are you an experienced Client Payroll Team Leader who can handle managing a team of 5, whilst managing your own portfolio of clients?

Your Main Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage day-to-day payroll operations and team of 5 direct reports.
- Handle own portfolio of clients with full end-to-end processing across pay frequencies and year-end reporting.
- Set quarterly goals, conduct one-on-ones, host team meetings, train new hires.
- Ensure team meets KPIs and acts as backup for other payroll managers.
- Oversee adherence to client policies, SLAs, regulations on deadlines, security, etc.
- Support team with complex queries, advanced payrolls, process improvements.
- Drive mini projects to enhance payroll function, assist in recruitment.
- Bureau or client experience is essential.
- Previous management experience.
- Experienced with processing payrolls of over 500.
- Stable CV.
- Strong statutory payments knowledge essential.
- Solid payroll systems skills.
