Our extremely well-established client in Telford has asked us to recruit for a Payroll Supervisor on a permanent basis. The role will be to support an efficient and established Payroll Department, ensuring all duties and responsibilities are carried out in a timely and professional manner and be responsible for the co-ordination of payroll processing operations.
Responsibilities and duties will include:
Supervise, motivate, and lead a payroll team, ensuring efficiency and productivity
Mentor team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Maintain and meet payroll deadlines, overseeing the workload of the payroll team
Ensure payroll compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
Balance payroll accounts, resolving discrepancies and ensuring accuracy
