We are working with an international law firm who are seeking a Payroll Specialist reporting to the payroll Manager. This will be a contract role for 3-6 months and a fairly immediate start is required.The firm foster a culture of excellence and inclusivity.Role OverviewAs a Payroll Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of monthly payrolls. Collaborating closely with payroll providers and key stakeholders, you'll deliver exceptional service while adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with payroll providers to ensure accurate payroll processingAddress payroll queries promptly and professionallyHandle starters, leavers, absences, and monthly changesCalculate statutory payments and other adjustmentsPrepare payroll control reports and monthly management reportsStay updated on relevant regulations and implement necessary changesManage End of Year statutory returns for HMRCParticipate in payroll-HR database development projectsQualifications And SkillsExtensive experience in payroll processingStrong understanding of PAYE, National Insurance, and HMRC reconciliationsCommitment to delivering high-quality customer serviceSelf-motivated with a collaborative working styleProficiency in Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of international payrolls is advantageousIf you're passionate about payroll and eager find out more about this exciting new vacancy, please apply today!
