Payroll Specialist – £40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus – City Of London
Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name in professional services on the recruitment of a Payroll Specialist to join the business on a permanent basis.
Our client is offering hybrid working (2 days required into the office)
Processing of monthly UK payrolls, including HM Revenue & Customs and Auto Enrolment reporting.
Managing a portfolio of UK and international clients.
Coordinating and reviewing international payrolls.
Serving as the first point of contact with clients and their employees, answering queries and facilitating communication.
Liaising with our network of international payroll providers and HMRC.
Setting up and on boarding new clients.
Attending meetings and calls with new and existing clients.
Preparation of funding requests, banking, and payments from client’s payroll accounts for an interim period.
Delivering great client service.
Controlling WIP and billing on your portfolio.
Skills & Experience required:
CIPP Part/ fully qualified
Must have exposure to working within a Payroll bureau or practice.
3-5 years of UK Payroll exposure
