A highly reputable and professional organisation based in Crawley are looking to recruit a Payroll Specialist to join their finance department, where you will be responsible for ensuring that payroll for staff is processed correctly and that all enquiries are dealt with.

Key duties will include:

  • Accurate input of payroll data into the current payroll software.
  • Assisting in the checking of payroll data input
  • Preparing, checking and processing manual payments.
  • Providing excellent customer service support by email and telephone, ensuring that payroll enquiries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
  • Able to calculate Statutory Maternity Pay, Shared Parental Pay, Statutory Paternity Pay and Statutory Sick Pay.
  • Ensuring all deadlines are met and adhered to.

With a proven background in Payroll, you will be able to hit the ground running in this exciting new role! Experience in ADP would be advantageous but not essential.

In this role you will be given the opportunity to expand on your skills so if you don't have extensive experience but have a proven understanding of Payroll processes, high attention to detail and the ability to pick up new skills quickly then your CV will also be considered!
