Job Title: Payroll Officer Location: Paddock Wood, Kent Contract Details: Temporary - 6 months Salary: Hourly rate from £13 - £16ph
Working Pattern: Part Time, 17.5 hours per week

Your main responsibilities will include:Handling 2 monthly payrolls for different employee groupsUtilising the ADP system for both hourly paid and salaried personnelLiaising with Payroll bureaus for European employeesManaging HMRC-related payroll requirements and staying updated on legislative/statutory changesAdministering employee benefits, such as My Benefits/Bupa Cash plan/Bupa medical/Life assurance/Death in Service and Aviva pensionWorking with salary data providers and utilising the Hay evaluation system for grading employeesManaging the ADP payroll provider software for various administrative tasks Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:Payroll experienceAbility to act systematicallyStrong planning and organisational skillsFlexibility to adapt to changing circumstancesExcellent listening and communication skillsAbility to work well in a team and provide outstanding customer serviceProficient in information research and problem identificationTargeted thinking and acting with analytical capabilitiesProactive approach with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):Familiarity with ADP softwareHRIS experienceKnowledge of UK payroll legislation How to apply:If you are ready to take on the role of Payroll Officer and join our client's team, please submit your application through our website with a copy of your updated CV and a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and skills.
