Payroll Manager

An experienced Payroll Manager is needed to manage a large payroll team to deliver a high-volume payroll.

As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:

Overall responsibility for a high volume payroll function
Managing a busy and varied payroll over multiple different payrolls
Managing a team on a daily basis- conducting appraisals, one to ones, delivering development plans
Monthly payroll reporting for the wider business
Extensive stakeholder management
Managing all payroll procedures and projects
Managing all payroll escalations
