Our wonderful client based in Woking are looking for a Payroll Manager to join their team. The role involves being responsible for monthly payroll, dealing with payroll queries and preparing data and reports to support the wider team and office function. If you have experience working with payroll and reporting, understanding of Gender Pay Gap and excellent communication skills then this could be the role for you.

The role of Payroll Manager involves:

Responsible for the administration of payroll and benefits

Responsible for monthly payroll

Dealing with payroll queries

Managing pension communications and compliance

Identifying and resolving discrepancies in payroll

Complete and maintain payroll reports

Preparing data and reports

Managing end of year processes

Maintaining regular contact and relationships with suppliers

Provide support around improving benefit scheme

Working closely with the HR Operations team

Create and amend user accounts

Regular data cleaned and up to date

Doing reports accurately and on time

The ideal Payroll Manager will:

Experience within Payroll and reporting

Ceridian Dayforce experience would be highly beneficial

Experience of company benefits and negotiation of terms

Motivated, hardworking and organised

Excellent communication skills

Work effectively which a team environment

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
