We are pleased to be supporting an organisation in the commercial services industry who are seeking a self-sufficient and experienced Payroll Manager to join their small and supportive team on a permanent, part time basis (20 hours per week). As Payroll Manager, reporting into the Finance Director, you will manage a team of three payroll professionals, overseeing the day to day delivery of a monthly payroll for the operational side of the business. Responsibilities include: * Overseeing and managing the end to end payroll process * Managing onboarding from start to finish * Manage, train and develop the payroll team * Process monthly pension via NEST * Develop and implement policies and procedures * Review of payroll processes, participating in projects and supporting on payroll software upgrades Experience required: * Strong UK, inhouse payroll experience * People management experience * Experience of processing high volumed payroll (1,000 plus) * CIPP payroll qualification is desirable but not essential This role if office based and offers flexibility around the set up of the working hours.
