Day to Day Duties
As a Payroll Manager your duties will include:
This is a far-reaching role covering all aspects of payroll
Entering new starters and processing leavers onto the IFS system
Manage the payroll and time and attendance system (Astrow).
Monitor temporary contracts and liaise with managers on employment extensions.
Managing holiday allocation and request process.
Provide written notification to employees of any changes in pay, benefits, or relevant changes due to legislation.
Assist in the administration of benefits schemes such as the pension, healthcare, other insurances, etc.
