As a Payroll Manager, you will lead a team of two and be responsible for the comprehensive processing of five monthly payrolls and overseeing two weekly payrolls, ensuring the seamless operation of payroll systems. This role is ideal for an experienced Payroll Manager or a proven payroll professional seeking career advancement. Day-to-day of the role:
Processing five monthly payrolls and overseeing two weekly payrolls.Managing all payroll adjustments and deductions.Administering pension schemes and ensuring compliance.Conducting monthly and weekly payroll reconciliations.Liaising with HMRC and handling payroll-related queries.Managing year-end processes and reporting requirements.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files.Preparing employment contracts as needed.Staying informed of legislative changes affecting payroll. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Solid experience with PAYE and payroll processes, including manual calculations.Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.Strong communication skills for both internal and external coordination.High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. Benefits:
