They are looking for a solid Payroll Manager to join their team in Liverpool on a full-time, permanent basis to look after team of payrollers. The successful person MUST have Payroll Bureau background. This role will be suitable for a Senior Advisor, Team Leader or Manager wanting to join a thriving and growing business.
Job Description Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Deputy Payroll Manager will:People management for the Payroll Team on a daily basis. Be a point of escalation for clients/complex issues. Support with training new hires and continuous support/development for team.Attend management meetings as and when neededProcess multiple client payroll start to finish for complex payrollManual calculating the payroll where neededRunning the payslipsKnowledge of PAYE/NI/other payroll deductionsProcessing of P45's, P60'sRTI submissionsPension administration with various pension providersAuto-enrolment dutiesDealing with client payroll queries via phone/email.
