We are currently seeking a Payroll & HR Advisor to join our dynamic team in the heart of London!As a Payroll & HR Advisor, you won't just process payroll; you will ensure that our team's efforts are recognised and rewarded accurately and on time. Your main tasks will include spearheading the entire payroll process, supporting diverse HR functions, driving compliance, and reporting, and collaborating with various departments to refine and improve processes.Hours of Work: Full-time position.The role:
* Responsible for end-to-end payroll processes and reporting, ensuring compliance with all relevant payroll and pension regulations and company policies.
* Take charge of timely HMRC documentation and internal reports, ensuring compliance and insightful payroll analytics.
* Accurately calculate and process all wages / deductions as per employee contracts.
* Work closely with finance and other departments to streamline and enhance payroll processes.
* Calculate and process all payroll payments in conjunction with the Finance department - including but not limited to BACS, PAYE, and National Insurance payments, benefit assignment of earnings orders.
* Assist employees with daily records management using the Cascade system, including monitoring absences and managing return-to-work processes.
* Assist with the bi-annual benchmarking reward survey.Payroll & HR Advisor Requirements:
* A keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers.
* A minimum of two years of experience managing payroll in a medium to large-sized company.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with payroll software like Iris Payroll Professional and Cascade.
* Excellent communication skills to address queries and present information clearly.
* Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
* Experience using Iris Payroll Professional and Cascade.
* Working towards a CIPP qualification.Payroll & HR Advisor Benefits:
