Payroll Clerk to join our team based in St Albans . The position is Full time Monday to Friday
Salary £25,000 - £30,000 negotiable dependant on experience
Working:hours
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30
Primary Objective
To ensure the Payroll department delivers exceptional service to both candidates and clients, and deliver efficient auditable administration at all times based on company standard procedures.
Tasks/duties/responsibilities
Assist in providing support to the payroll team
Confidently communicate with a wide range of stakeholders by phone and email
Support in collating worker hours
Effectively manage spreadsheets
Maintain organised files
Efficient creation of costings and liaising with clients
Checking workers hours,
Processing up to 500 timesheets per week
Ensuring PO's are received,
Helping with the payroll process as part of a busy team,
Creating new starters onto our system
