Payroll & Benefits Co-Ordinator - 3 month contract - up to £145 per day - London - Hybrid
Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a leading tech company, who are looking to expand their Payroll function, by adding an additional Payroll & Benefits Co-Ordinator. This role is to administer and process all payroll payments and deductions for UK employees, on a monthly basis. This contract is for 3 months, on a full time basis and has the flexibility of a hybrid working pattern, in their London office.
The Payroll & Benefits Co-Ordinator will be assisting/overseeing duties such as;
* Processing their monthly in-house payroll, consisting of 1100 volume
* Processing monthly pension upload
* Being the main point of contact for any payroll queries
* Manually entering data as and when required
* Ensuring all tax year end processes are completed
* Uploading necessary reports for our benefits provider.
* Assisting with the annual benefits renewal process
* Support the HR Services teams and Finance on any compliance and governance requirements
Key Skills:
* A comprehensive knowledge of PAYE and Payroll Procedures including processing statutory payments and manual calculations
* Confident working towards deadlines
* Confident processing payroll independently
* High level of numeracy and analytical skills
