�As a Payroll Assistant/Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's finance department and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll tasks.�
Responsibilities:
- Excel reporting & Payroll summaries.�
- Verify timesheets and attendance records.
- Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining employee records, and preparing reports.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and provide assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in payroll administration or a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office suite & Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical calculations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Monday - Friday 08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00
