Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about finance? Look no further! Our client, who are�specialists in providing transport services to the health care sector are currently seeking a Payroll Assistant/Administrator to join their team.



�As a Payroll Assistant/Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's finance department and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll tasks.�



Responsibilities:




  • Excel reporting & Payroll summaries.�

  • Verify timesheets and attendance records.

  • Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining employee records, and preparing reports.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and provide assistance as needed.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.



Requirements:




  • Previous experience in payroll administration or a similar role preferred.

  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office suite & Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical calculations.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.



Monday - Friday 08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00



Ongoing temp with opportunity to go perm�
