About The Role
Kids Inc Nurseries is a group of children's nurseries in and around the M25 area providing childcare and education for babies and young children aged from 3 months to 5 years. We are looking for a Payroll Assistant to administer all payroll functions, whilst maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
Job Role
Be a key point of contact for people related queries
Day to day management of Sage 50 and ensuring all employee records are kept up to date
Coordinate with the on-boarding process for all new starters, administration of all employee documentation, inductions, and scheduling
Coordinate the leaver process, promoting a positive company outlook
Track staff absences
Assist with HR and recruitment activities where necessary
Actively promote our ‘nurture, educate, inspire’ ethos to our nursery teams
The Ideal Candidate Will
Have strong knowledge and experience in Payroll
Ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Be able to work efficiently and complete tasks on a timely basis
High level of attention to detail
Excellent Microsoft Office and Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with very strong grammar/spelling
