Role Overview:



As a Payroll Assistant, you will be involved in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our clients. System training will be provided.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Assist in the process and management of end-to-end payroll using Sage 50 software

  • Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve discrepancies

  • Handle queries from clients regarding payroll matters

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless payroll operations



Required Skills and Experience:




  • Previous experience as a Payroll Assistant

  • Knowledge of Sage 50 software preferable

  • An understanding of payroll legislation and compliance

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
