Responsibilities include managing employee records, providing specialist support, creating reports, resolving payroll and pension issues, and contributing to projects. Additionally, the role involves advising on payroll matters, conducting briefings and training, and promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion. The post-specific duties cover payroll advice, data management, processing payments, handling pensions administration, monitoring absence and sickness, and ensuring timely responses to queries.

Experience

  • 1+ year experience working within a payroll environment

Desirables

  • Experience with payroll system: Itrent
  • Advanced Excel
  • End to end payroll experience
