Do you offer experience of working within a payroll or finance function? Do you have excellent administration skills?This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills and experience, playing a key role in the finance department at Emanuel School.As Payroll and Finance Officer, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school’s payroll and be the primary point of contact for payroll, pension and benefits queries from staff.You will also be responsible for all payroll accounting, accounting for the Emanuel School General Charitable Trust, as well as trip accounting.To be considered for this role you will need:A willingness to complete a CIPP qualification if not already qualifiedBasic knowledge or experience of payroll practicesAAT certification, or be part qualified with CIMA, ACCA, ACA or possess an accounting degreeA thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices is equally important.Working at EmanuelColleagues enjoy working at Emanuel and, like the pupils, are ambitious for the school, delivering a challenging curriculum and an exciting co-curricular programme.There’s a strong sense of community and friendship amongst our staff.
