Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to be a crucial part of the team within the FMCG industry? We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Expense Specialist to join a client of ours to join their internal payroll department.
Responsibilities
- All payroll input, including starters, leavers and payroll changes, processing
- the payrolls end to end, reconciling the payroll, producing costing files and
- reporting
- Pension administration
- 3rd party payments
- Updating payroll system with new job positions, cost centres etc
- Reconciliation of Pizza Hut payroll related accounts
- Expense Administration, financial reporting, journals and reconciliation of the expense balance sheet
- Company charge card administration
- Travel administration
- Duty of Care administration
- Car rental booking, fuel card administration and invoice approval
- Administration of the company mileage capture system
- Update and submission of P46 car returns and P11Ds
Experience
- 2+ years' experience processing full end to end payroll
- Must have experience processing expenses such as company credit card, balance sheets and financial reporting
