Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to be a crucial part of the team within the FMCG industry? We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Expense Specialist to join a client of ours to join their internal payroll department.

Responsibilities

  • All payroll input, including starters, leavers and payroll changes, processing
  • the payrolls end to end, reconciling the payroll, producing costing files and
  • reporting
  • Pension administration
  • 3rd party payments
  • Updating payroll system with new job positions, cost centres etc
  • Reconciliation of Pizza Hut payroll related accounts
  • Expense Administration, financial reporting, journals and reconciliation of the expense balance sheet
  • Company charge card administration
  • Travel administration
  • Duty of Care administration
  • Car rental booking, fuel card administration and invoice approval
  • Administration of the company mileage capture system
  • Update and submission of P46 car returns and P11Ds

Experience

  • 2+ years' experience processing full end to end payroll
  • Must have experience processing expenses such as company credit card, balance sheets and financial reporting
