They are expanding their people team and are looking for a bright and exciting payroller to join them.The Payroll and Benefits Coordinator will be based in their office in London.Job DescriptionThe Payroll and Benefits Coordinator position based in London will involve the following duties:You'll be responsible for ensuring that around 1000 employees are paid accurately and on time.Utilising the Time & Attendance system, monitoring the accuracy of worked hours and rates.Liaising with the payroll vendor (IRIS), ensuring that all reports are accurate and processed within a timely manner.Dealing with both internal and external queries, this including HMRC and employees payroll questions.Liaise with the finance department to provide accurate financial data for the payroll costs.Adhoc HR duties which includes assisting with on-boarding new starters, helping with contract changes and benefits administration.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate for the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator position will need to have the following skills and experience:2 years experience with processing end to end payroll.Exposure to pensions and benefits administration/processing.Knowledge of UK payroll regulations and UK pensions regulations.Excellent organisations and communications skills.Confident with dealing with external benefits providers and delivering excellent customer services.Have a high attention to detail and be incredibly accurate.What's on OfferThis is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.This website has app functionality.
