Join us and help Take Us There.The RoleAs part of our Finance team you will support all payroll-related activities for EMEA and APAC. This position will directly interact with all levels of the firm and be a key resource to employees and the businessHow You’ll Make an Impact Assist team members in day-to-day data collection, preparation, and export of pay data files in accordance with the timelines outlined in the payment scheduleAdminister payroll and payroll records and keep record of all changes for all payrolls within EMEA & APAC (this includes payrolls for UK, Holland, Germany, Italy, France, Switzerland, Hong Kong and Singapore)End of Year processing and reconciliations including end of year payroll submissions and issue of P60sWork closely with local line manager and local payrollers (Briddge, Black Mountain etc) to ensure all payroll data is captured accurately and on timeConfirming that legally-mandated and optional deductions have been processed correctly for each international locationInteract with various internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the completion of monthly payrollWorking to resolve discrepancies in payments as a matter of urgencyAct as a key 1 st
line of contact for employees with payroll-related queries and requests within EMEA & APACReview, audit, file, and maintain payroll reports and documentationAssist with special projects and requests as requiredWhat We’re Looking for Detail-oriented team playerAbility to multi-task and manage competing deadlines1+ years of professional work experience; payroll-related or exposure to the payroll process is preferable but not requiredProficient in Microsoft ExcelExcellent data entry, data cleaning, and math skillsDegree holder (or possessing diploma or A Levels as a minimum)Capacity to keep track of numerous ongoing tasksAdherence to all prescribed ethical guidelines, including confidentialityStrong sense of integrityWhat You Can Expect from Us Central Location: based at our city offices near St Paul's. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
