Payroll Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst on a part time basis (27.5 hours per week) on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basisDuties include;Supporting with the monthly reconciliations for all third-party paymentsSupporting with the monthly nominal ledger creation and posting processOwning the nominal structure and creation process within the payroll systemAssisting with the monthly nominal setup checking processesBuilding and maintaining the current and future Macros and Power Queries used by the teamWork with the payroll and HR teams to support with audit requestsSupport the Payroll Compliance team during absenceProvide ad-hoc support on nominal system architecture as and when requiredAssist the Payroll Compliance team with nominal queriesCompile data reports, complete coding and balancing dataSupport the Support Services Manager with ad-hoc requests You will have;Demonstrate excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skillsPrevious payroll analyst experienceAdvanced level on Excel including Marcos, Vlookups and Pivot TablesDemonstrate accuracy and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills If you have the above, and seeking a new role on a part time basis and you are available immediately to commit to a contract position then please apply now47059SBINDPAYS
