Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pmThis is a fixed term contract for 12 to 18 months.We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Commission Analyst to join our team, specializing incommission calculation and automation. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in accuratelycalculating commission schemes for our business, optimizing current calculation methods, andleading the transition towards automation through Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)systems. Key Responsibilities:Commission Calculation:Develop, maintain, and enhance commission calculation processes to ensure accuracy andcompliance with company policies and regulations.Collaborate with sales, lettings and finance teams to understand commission structures, incentivesand performance metrics.Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions for eligible employees.Review and validate commission calculations to identify and resolve discrepancies.Process Optimisation:Evaluate current commission calculation methods, tools, and systems to identify inefficiencies andareas for improvement.Propose and implement enhancements to streamline processes, reduce manual efforts, and increaseefficiency.Document updated processes and ensure adherence to standardized procedures.Data Analysis:Provide insights and recommendations to management regarding commission structures, targets,and incentives.Integration to Automation:Lead the integration of commission calculation processes into the Enterprise PerformanceManagement (EPM) system.Work closely with finance and EPM implementation teams to configure and customise automationsolutions.Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure accurate and seamless transition to automatedprocesses.Provide training and support to end-users on the use of automated tools and systems.Reporting:Prepare and distribute accurate commission statements and reports to stakeholders in a timelymanner.Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed.To be considered for this role, the following experience and skills are desired: Proven experience in payroll analysis, commission calculation, or related role. Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis techniques. Familiarity with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
