This is a 12 month FTC
The Payroll Administrator role exists to carry out detailed tasks within the AirTanker Finance Department, specifically to support the management of Employee Services, including (Payroll, Travel & Subsistence, Credit Cards and Work booking).
Key Responsibilities
Prepares the monthly payroll from the HR Department data
Collates employee allowances from all business units
Runs monthly system reports
Prepares monthly payroll schedules
Assist with company credit card and AMEX administration and spending reviews
Monitors the daily payroll inbox
Assists in expenses processing in conjunction with Accounts Payable
Assists with activity booking inbox actions and reports
Provides other general finance support as required
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Relevant experience in a similar role within Finance or HR
Results-oriented, with excellent organisational and diary management skills, with ability to multitask
Cordial, with highly professional demeanour and approach to work
Excellent communication skills both in-person and over the phone
Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) as well as additional web applications
Some knowledge and/or experience of Access Dimensions, FocalPoint and Rusada Envision
Some knowledge of Defence and/or Airline Operations
