Currently exclusively partnered with a privately owned business to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join the payroll team! The business is open to those studying AAT's, payroll exposure, finance exposure and those who are just interested to get into payroll.Client DetailsOur Client Large scale, private owned business in Newbury Well established, stable organisation (Trade and Services) Over 1,000 employees across the southern region Close-knit, office environmentDescriptionMonthly payroll processing (start to finish) - adhering to all deadlinesEnsuring all payroll procedures are compliant and in line with current legislationMain POC for internal employees regarding all payroll queriesPayroll reconciliationsAssist in payroll reporting, when requiredAssist in Pension administration - auto enrolment etc.Perform manual calculations Calculate benefits and produce P11D's - reporting to HMRCProfileA successful Payroll Administrator will have... Exposure to Payroll Administration (not essential but highly desirable) Proficiency in all MS Packages - Excel, Word etc. Studying AAT or similar finance qualification (preferred, not essential) Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills - with employees and key stakeholdersAble to work towards set deadlinesWanting an office based role - friendly, supportive and inclusive teamHappy to commute and work in Newbury Job OfferPayroll AdministratorSalary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE) A full time working week of 36.25 hours, from 8.45am to 5pmAn office-based working environment in NewburyHoliday entitlement Pension Contribution
