Job DescriptionAn excellent opportunity to join our operations team in our Sheffield head office.Monday to Friday - 9-5.You will be responsible for:Supporting all admin functions within the business as well onboarding new workers/employees.Answering clients/customers enquires via email and telephone.Inputting data onto the systemsChecking documentation and right to workChasing up missing documentation via telephone/emailSetting up payments onto the systemsSeeing new starters through to their start datesWe are looking for someone who:Excellent communication skills and phone mannerAble to work in a teamStrong admin and computer skillsComfortable making outbound and answering incoming callsWhat will you get in return?Salary ranging from £18K-£20KFree onsite parkingA friendly and relaxing work environmentPension SchemeCasual DressWork eventsIf this role interests you then please apply with a CV!
