We have a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our Central Services team at our global HQ in Newcastle! You will play an integral part of our Business Support back office function, responsible for processing contractor payroll. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within payroll.
Our offices are located within short distance of the central Train & Metro station.
Your role:
Processing multiple payrolls for all contractors globally, adhering to the set KPI’s
Processing all timesheet data accurately and on time
Respond/resolve all queries in line with the set SLA’s
Assisting your Team Leader and Senior Payroll Administrator with ad hoc tasks
Tracking pension changes and issuing documents.
Calculating and managing overpayments.
Raising payments.
Supporting on projects
We are looking for someone who is able to work to deadlines with highly accurate numerical skills. You will be analytical with an ambition to problem solve.
You will be liaising with Consultants and senior members of the business, so you will need to have confident communication skills and constantly act with professionalism.
Skills and experience required:
Previous experience within Billing / Payroll /Accounts related role and is keen to pursue a career within this area.
Excellent eye for detail, highly accurate numerical skills
Able to work at pace in a high-growth and fast-paced business where change happens frequently.
Comfortable building and managing effective working relationships with people outside of your immediate team,
Proactive, able to identify issues and provide solutions
Confident Excel skills
