As a Payroll Administrator at Nottingham University, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our diverse faculty and staff members. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly contribute to the university's mission of providing exceptional education and support services.

Responsibilities:

  • Process new starts and leavers on the system.
  • supporting the payroll team with data management
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries and provide assistance to employees as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in payroll administration or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
