Manpower has an exciting opportunity with one of our clients based in the Ashford area.

Permanent - Part Time 21.75 hrs per week
Payroll Administrator (part-time) - Your future role?
As a Payroll Administrator, you will maintain relevant payroll records in order to ensure the timely and accurate payment of salaries according to employee contracts and local regulations.
You will be based in Ashford, Kent, UK (office-based role, 3-4 days/week) and will report directly to the Payroll Manager.
You Will:

  • Record Keeping:
    • Enter payroll information into information systems and assist in preparing payroll checks.
    • Check and audit timekeeping records for compliance with established standards.
    • Maintain time and attendance records.
    • Enter new hires into the benefit systems, update changes in pay and tax status.
  • Reporting
    • With guidance, gather payroll data for inclusion in financial statements and prepare reports for management.
  • HR Management
    • Support Under supervision, ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, employee contracts and government legislation.

Your professional profile includes:

    • Higher education (Bachelor's/Master's degree) in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
    • Experience in Payroll, HR Administration, or related field.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Computer Literacy (MS Office, advanced Excel.)
    • Knowledge of SAP HR.
