Sterling Recruitment Services are currently looking to recruit an experienced Payroll and Accounts Assistant for our client based in Hartlepool.Working hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 4pm on Fridays.Working within a busy accounts office your duties will include:Payroll for permanent staff on a weekly basisSending of contractor timesheets to suppliersCredit ControlGeneral reception duties, taking incoming calls, transferring, message takingFiling, scanning, photocopyingGreeting visitors and dealing with incoming and outgoing postGeneral admin duties as and when requiredPlease note applicants must have experience of using SAGE Payroll.This is a permanent opportunity, with an immediate start
