No two customers, problems, or resolution journeys are the same. You will be empowered to provide customers with support, advice and the peace of mind that their current issue can be resolved.What you'll doReceiving inbound calls from our customers, the wider call centre and 3rd party collection agents regarding accounts which have fallen into our debt processConducting outbound calls where required to customers and other 3rd parties to resolve accountsWorking with others in your team to investigate accounts and decide on best solutionsTaking ownership of your assigned work and ensuring this is completed within the agreed SLAsOffering repayment options to customers who are in arrears, which are inline with both our internal policies and OFGEM's ability to pay principlesIdentifying vulnerable customers and offering additional support to them - including referrals to citizens advice or debt charities where appropriate.About youWe're looking for someone with strong customer service experience that feels satisfaction from resolving a customer issueYou’ll need experience of working in a debt collection roleYou’ll need to be a caring and compassionate individual, empathetic with people in tough situationsYou’ll need great customer service skills with a natural ability to build rapportYou’ll need the ability to take ownership of a problem and see it through to resolutionYou’ll need to be someone who loves to think differently about problems of all types, challenges assumptions, and throws themselves into creating new solutionsDon’t forget though, you’ll need to be eligible to live and work in the UK.What's in it for youJoin a high growth FTSE 250 business with the ambition to introduce 1 million additional customers to our offering.
