Patient Administrator Supervisor

The Vacancy
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Administration Team at Sulis Hospital as a Full time Patient Administrator Supervisor.
You will act as support to the Administration Lead, assisting in overseeing the day to day running of the Patient Administrator Team.
Working with key contacts around the site including consultants, pre-assessment, outpatients to ensure effective scheduling of patients and appropriate personal support functions to consultants.
We are looking for someone with good written and verbal communications skills, strong time management, attention to detail and numeracy skills. A successful applicant will have a positive attitude to problem solving and will most importantly want to go the extra mile for patients.
Full-Time 37.5 hours - Permanent
Person Specification:
Experience of supervising or leading a tea,
Proven experience of working successfully in a fast-paced office environment
Well organised, able to self-manage and prioritise a variable and high-volume workload whilst maintaining accuracy
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience of working successfully in a fast-paced office environment
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and targets
