The Roles
We have opportunities within two large intellectual property firms for a Renewals Clerk in Birmingham and an IP Administrator/ Patent Paralegal in Manchester.
The Renewals clerk will be responsible for the maintenance of the renewals part of the records system, processing reminders and instructions, payment of fees and updating records.
The IP administrator will be responsible for providing assistance with case management, including recording events, sending out appropriate reminders and ensuring that case record information is up-to-date, and appropriate charges have been made.
The Candidates
The successful candidates will have:
• Previous IP experience
• Previous administrative or legal secretarial experience
• Good IT skills – including Word and Excel
