Pastry Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:

Passionate about pastry and baking, with a strong foeffectively with other kitchen staff is crucial

Pastry Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality desserts and pastries according to restaurant standards and menu specifications
Manage a specific station within the kitchen, ensuring timely execution and coordination with other sections
Train and mentor junior chefs and support staff in pastry techniques and standards
Maintain cleanliness and order in the pastry section, adhering to health and safety regulations
Inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling stock to minimize waste
Contribute to menu development and the creation of new recipes by collaborating with the Head Chef and other culinary team members
