GSL Education is actively seeking a committed and passionate individual to take on the role of a Long-Term Temporary Pastoral Teaching Assistant in Greenwich. This is a full-time position with flexible hours, providing the opportunity for a temporary role to transition into a permanent placement.
As a Pastoral Teaching Assistant, you will be an integral part of the school's pastoral team, contributing to the overall well-being and development of students. This role offers the potential for a permanent position for individuals who excel in their responsibilities.
What the role will involve:

• Supporting the pastoral team in addressing students' social and emotional needs.
• Building positive relationships with students to create a supportive and nurturing environment.
• Assisting with the implementation of behavior management strategies.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to students facing challenges.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support students effectively.
