Pastoral Officer / Mainstream Secondary School / Barnet/ASAP Start -/ �90-120 per day

As part of our work with Teach 360, we are assisting a mainstream secondary school in their search for a Pastoral Officer to join their behavioural team at the beginning of the new academic year. You need to have previous experience managing a team as well as working with young people who exhibit challenging behaviour if you want to be considered for this position.

  • Creating positive relationships between staff and children is a key requirement, and you will be working closely with the behavioural team, leadership team, and other pastoral teams in order to do so.
  • In the role of a pastoral officer, you are responsible for identifying concerns, risks, and barriers that are preventing students from progressing, either in terms of their mental and social well-being or in terms of their academic studies. You'll work with parents/carers, colleagues, and external agencies to overcome them
