Responsibilities:

• Provide intensive support to a specific year group, addressing both academic and pastoral needs.
• Work closely with teaching staff to identify students requiring additional support and implement interventions.
• Deliver in-class support and targeted interventions to facilitate student learning and engagement.
• Provide pastoral care and guidance to students, promoting their social and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to support students with complex needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 weeks' experience working in a UK school setting, or a related degree from a UK institution.
• Experience in a pastoral or support role within a school environment.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
