Job role:- Parts Supervisor (Main Dealership)Location:-NewburySalary:- £30,000 plus a bonus of up top £3,000 [£33,000]Holt Recruitment have taken on a Parts Supervisor vacancy in theNewbury Area to join an independently-run Premium Dealership GroupThis is a rare vacancy where you will act more of a manger/consultant than a supervisor, inthis quality-driven environmentPaying up to £30,000 basic OTE £33,000.Premium brand where you will learn through warranty training and accreditation.Variety in the day to day in a professional and fast paced work environment – team management will be an important part of the role.More of a manager/consultant than a Supervisor in this high paced role.They would also be willing to speak with a Parts Advisor in an unofficial senior capacity, looking to step-up.Skills and experience required as a Parts Supervisor:Coordinate the efforts ofcolleagues to support the achievement of increased profit and sales, in sync with an efficient service department.Committed to achieving excellent customer relations and ensuring that customer’s expectations are exceeded.Can demonstrate experience in a Main Dealership setting of around 3-5 years experience, managing a team.A good technical understanding of how motor vehicles work and a willingness to keep technical knowledge updated in order to provide the most efficient service possible.If you are open to new opportunities and would like to know more, speak to Eric Duxbury @ Holt Recruitment.
