Parts Sales Advisor

Our client's prestigious brand is based near Merton. They are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join their team. You will be a vital link between customers and the business playing a key role in providing exceptional service and support.
What you'll be doing

• Utilise specific parts software proficiently to manage inventory and orders
• Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the right parts for their vehicles
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
• Answering incoming phone calls and emails
• Communicating with suppliers and procuring parts to fulfil customer orders
• Taking and allocating payments on customer accounts
• Auditing customer records

Here's how the role aligns with your profile

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry, either dealership or parts factor is essential
• Working with computer systems
• Sales experience - both inbound and outbound
• Working within the automotive industry
• Mechanical background advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What will you be rewarded for in return for your hard work?
Salary: �32,000 - �35,000 plus competitive benefits package

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
