You’ll engage daily with our customers, problem-solving to identify their needs and going the extra mile to ensure we provide the best solutions.This role will see you:Engaging with customers in store, over the phone and by e-mail.Identifying, promoting and selling product solutions to our customer’s needs.Supplying our workshop technicians with parts required for servicing.Effectively and efficiently completing associated documentation.Adhering to relevant practices to ensure high health and safety standards at DNE.About You:Apart from your technical know-how and nous, you’ll thrive working in a team environment and be able to adapt to any situation. You’ll also enjoy broadening your knowledge of our full line-up of Ag, Construction & Forestry products.You’re enthusiastic, extremely well organized, and known for your incredible communication skills and punctuality!Ideally you’ll bring: An understanding of agriculture and machinery, with a keenness to broaden your technical knowledge as you grow into the role.A passion for exceeding customer expectations.Experience using IT solutions in daily activity, with an ability to pick up new systems quickly.A track-record of going the extra mile when required to meet the demands of the role.Existing knowledge of the sales process of parts is advantageous, but a willingness to learn is essential.Why Choose D&E?We provide a supportive environment that promotes personal and professional development to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to succeed in your career. This is an excellent career opportunity for the right person, you will be working with the best products and brands in the market.We also provide:Options for up to 6 weeks of Annual Leave.At Drummond & Etheridge, we believe in investing in our employees' futures.
