Parts Advisor – Bromley

Salary: 28k + 6k bonus + company benefits

My client, a busy telesales parts department are currently looking to hire a Telesales Parts Advisor / TPS Advisor / Parts Advisor on a full-time permanent basis. You will need to have previous experience working as a Telesales Parts Advisor / TPS Advisor / Parts Advisor in a main or franchised dealership or in Euro Car Parts or a TPS type environment.

Duties of the Telesales Parts Advisor / TPS Advisor / Parts Advisor :

• Responding to customer queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner


• Escalating customer issues with senior parts advisors and management when the need arises


• Adhering to company policies and procedures when interacting with customers


• Following up on customer calls to ensure that that customers are satisfied

Hours for the Telesales Parts Advisor / TPS Advisor / Parts Advisor are Monday – Friday 8.00 – 5.30. Every other Saturday 8.00 – 1.00.
