Job Title: Parts Advisor - Automotive Industry

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Salary: �26,000 to �30,000 per annum + Bonuses + Overtime

Are you an experienced Parts Advisor seeking a new opportunity in the automotive industry? Alecto Recruitment, on behalf of our client, a prestigious Main Dealer in Croydon, is currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their parts inquiries, orders, and deliveries, providing exceptional customer service.
• Utilise your automotive parts knowledge to accurately identify and locate required parts for customers' vehicles.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demands.
• Process parts orders efficiently and coordinate timely deliveries to customers and technicians.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using computerized inventory management systems.
